YHA encourages people to gamble responsibly and seek help should gambling become a problem. By completing and submitting this form, you will be advising us that you wish to restrict your gambling activity and be excluded from YHA raffle and lottery activity.

As part of this exclusion, we will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from taking part in YHA’s raffle or lottery until you tell us that you wish to start gambling again. We will also immediately cancel your entry and we will stop sending you gambling related marketing material.
